Santa Monica School of Dance and Music is proud to be a part of the Santa Monica and West LA community.  Our students come from all over the West LA area, and each student brings their own unique personality and experiences to our school.  At the school, we wanted to celebrate the great community that we are a part of by starting a blog that talks everything dance, music, art and local about West LA.  That is how Westside Story was born!

Westside Story will be a continuously updated blog where we discuss new music releases, suggestions for live shows and dance programs,  and even dance and music tips!  Run by the fun and energetic staff of Santa Monica School of Dance and Music, Westside Story will be your place to check in on the latest about the studio and local events for you to check out.  Make sure to check out our Featured Class section for great pictures and news from one of our dance classes or music lessons.
